Get this! It's wonderful! Had a sore feeling blind pimple near nose, tried hot compresses, alcohol, squeezing to mo avail. Remembered I had this. It very quickly brought that nasty pimple to a head and I could express the gunk. Yay! Put more on. A little itchy but small price. I'm 78 and don't get pimples! Addition to this review a few days after...had to continue using it on the pimple but used only a thin layer unlike at first when I used it more thickly. It was fun to peel the dried cream off though also! So, there was still a bump but no real pimple so I continued putting it on thinly, less itching and now there is almost nothing there! Wow. Amazing stuff!

Works better than name brand acne medication. I have had a cyctic type pimple for a while that grew overnight. I Bought this product and it is finally getting smaller each day. I use this product morning and night. I had abrekout before this last period and my pimples were gone overnight after apllying before bed. Does stain towels and pillowcases but its benzoyl peroxide. I buy white towels.

This is exactly half the price of what I normally buy, it has no added perfumes or moisturizers, nothing fancy. And it works better than products twice the price.

Acne comes back as soon as I stop using it. But for the most part, it does get rid of them
