Out of spec battery.. Several millimeters to short. Return approved but seller not wanting to refund money.. Avoid..

put this in a brand new light i bought . and the battery was no good. put this in and it worked

DO NOT BUY. Charged 4 Times and they charge no more.
Fewer than 4 times I charged one battery and it won't hold a charge again.China crap
