Great for school projects

Good book especially for book report. 2-3 grade level. Story is easy to follow and interesting. Detailed facts are broken out into vignettes on specialty pages which gives visual associative pic with each fact making it easier to remember for visual learners.

I love these books. I'm constantly looking for interesting nonfiction texts for my classroom. These are perfect for my third graders and they can not get enough of them. Kids are constantly coming up to me and telling me new facts that they have learned from the books in this series. Great for science, reading, social studies, history, vocabulary, etc. Highly recommended!

My 6 year old is obsessed with Egypt. I mean obsessed. She really loved this short book about a strong woman who ruled a country thousands of years ago. I enjoy teaching my daughter about strong females in history. This book fit the bill.

This book was purchased to help my 2nd grade daughter with her living history assignment/report. It was perfect. The book had lots of pictures, a great deal of information and was easy for my 2nd grader to read and understand. I would recommend this product.

This book is beautiful, age-appropriate, educational…all the good stuff. My first grader is fascinated.
