15 Inch Beverage Cooler and Kalamera Refrigerator Under Counter Built-in or Freestanding - 96 Cans Capacity Mini Fridge- for Soda, Water, Beer or Wine - For Kitchen or Bar with Blue Interior Light

We have had these wine coolers (two of them - one for reds and one for whites) for a month now and we are very pleased with them. They are holding the correct temperatures, there is no sound or noise coming from them, everything on them works correctly and they look good. We were hesitant to buy them because of the number of bad reviews but the two we have are perfect. I would recommend these to anyone wanting good wine coolers.

Looks great and runs very quietly. This is a replacement for a wine refrigerator (different brand) that broke after 5 years--hopefully this one will last longer. It arrived two days earlier than scheduled, which honestly wasn't ideal. Was well packed and arrived undamaged. Easy assembly (just two screws for the door handle). Cooled down to the set temperature pretty quickly. I'm really surprised how quiet it is--my old one wasn't too loud, but was definitely louder than this one. I have to press my ear against it to tell if it's running. The appearance is great and I love the blue light. The only thing I don't really love are the drawers--they seem a little flimsy and cause problems with bottles that are slightly larger than normal.

Unit is good looking and very quiet. However, set temperature not even close to actual temperature and swings 5 to 6 degrees. 3 emails to customer service and 1 phone call sitting on hold forever and I have given up trying to get help with the problem. If you need something to keep your wine from turning to turpentine in the summer heat, this nearly 700 dollar boat anchor will do the job. Need constant temperature for aging? Get something else. Need customer service? Face a brick wall and have your conversation...it will be more productive and less frustrating. Also, the storage capacity is a huge lie. Even with 2 shelves removed, I could only cram 21 bottles in this 30 bottle fridge, and 12 of them are piled on one another and not convenient to access. UPDATE: Now temp is swinging up to 10 degrees and thermostat is a random number generator. Customer service finally contacted me and had me check/ do 8 things. When it didn't help, they wanted me to lower the temp to 42 degrees. I told them no, as the fridge is for reds and a couple are very expensive and should stay in the mid 60s. Final reply from their representative was, and I quote: "Because of the way the wine cooler works, the temperature will fluctuate. If you can't accept it, you can contact Amazon customer service for a refund." Now THAT is some customer service, huh? When questioned as to why they had me jump through hoops if my complaints were not valid (the fridge is operating as intended). Crickets. Crickets. What a joke of a company.

This wine fridge was replacing my old under counter one that stopped cooling. Very simple installation, just put it in place and plugged it in! It fit perfectly with just a slightly larger gap on the top compared to my old wine fridge. The wine fridge itself is great looking, especially with the light on (which you can turn off). It is a little tight on the inside but the trays can easily come out if you need to put larger bottles inside. I checked the temp with my external thermometer it is about 4-5 degrees off. Not a problem though since I just adjusted the temp compared to my thermometer. It does have a slight hum when it starts cooling but nothing that is obnoxious. Honestly, I think I only noticed it a couple of times and haven't really noticed it since then. Overall for the price, I can't complain. I also bought the 5 year extended warranty because I know these wine fridges can go out sooner than later and the warranty itself was very low in price.

Overall, very good wine refrigerator. Looks good, very quite, holds a good amount of bottles, stays cold. I did feel that the temperature gauge was off a little. I would recommend this refrigerator to someone. The only complaint I have is with the delivery service from Amazon. The first wine refrigerator I received was damaged, the second one I received was damaged as well. I had to call multiple times to get this problem resolved wasted hours of my time and when I thought it was resolved and I was getting a refund I didn’t. I had to call again, so they would refund me and finally did. I was very disappointed with Amazon and customer services.

Kalamera is an excellent product with a support team that is professional and prompt. The unit has been excellent. It is super quiet and maintains the temperature that you set it. It never fluctuates and I have been very satisfied with it. When I had a problem with the unit after 4 years the support team helped me trouble shoot and was very rapid on the responses back and forth. I will definitely buy Kalamera products in the future. Highly recommend.
