I’m a repeat buyer of these for the past several years. As someone with pretty bad acid reflux I’ll take 3-4 of them at night before sleeping, and to me there is a noticeable difference in my reflux symptoms. If my symptoms without them are a 6, my symptoms with them are a 3. When I’m good and follow my diet protocol, these use of these pretty much eliminates my reflux.

This product compares favorably to Gaviscon with Acid Blocker, a product that is available at Amazon (thought I have never found it in a retail store in the US). It has a very pleasant taste, and upon chewing it begins to form a 'foamy' acid blocker which prevents reflux. This is a perfect bedtime antacid, and significantly less expensive than Gaviscon!

Does the job, but not as good as the name brand. Foaming action is poor.
