Pop N Hop

We bought this game to replace our "Scooby Doo Pop-n-Race," which, like this, is simply a version of "Trouble." Our other one had worn out with so much play, and after almost two years, we finally lost a piece.Anyway, for $6.50, this was a fabulous replacement! I love the bright primary colors. The game seems a bit more sturdy than the Scooby Doo version we replaced. The only minor issue we have is that the game pieces are sometimes a snug fit on the game board, making it a bit more difficult to move around the board, but it is not too big of a deal.This game is a favorite of my 3yo, who has absolutely no problem understanding the rules. We play frequently with our 3yo, 5yo, and 8yo, and even the 20-month-old is learning to pop on his turn and move his pieces.We play with modified rules, and it greatly helps the pace of the game. We play that you can get a game piece out with either a "6" or a "1," and if you get a "3" you can move backwards or forwards (you can't back up into your home spot, but you can back up past it to move into it on your next turn, or back up to send someone home to "save" the game).We have been playing this for almost three years, and none of us are tired of it. Many hours of good family fun for a great price!

great quality and same as playing the trouble game

The game is cheaply made, but for $11 what else would you expect? My children love to pop the die even if they don't quite understand how to play yet. I use a little zip close bag to store all the pieces in as they came in one that you have to cut open.

I was looking for the Trouble game to play with my granddaughter during this lock down, and it seems it is sold out everywhere (except the new crappy version). When I found this game, I decided to try it. It is virtually the same as the Trouble game, with the hard plastic molded piece covering the game board. My 6 year old grand daughter learned quickly, and quickly fell in love with the game! Definitely a great game at a great value!

What’s not to like about it? It’s the boot leg version of trouble for a good price. Works the same as trouble and saves you the extra cash. My son loves it.

I bought it for my two young grand daughters, but the whole family plays it. It is solid plastic, and lots of fun. It's good quality product and I recommand it. We are very pleased wuth it. Thanks a lot.
