Great tool for biscuit dough

i did not expect it to be that fabulous!It is truly strong and does not bend or give in in any way.It is perfect to mix flour with water and form the dough and alsomix the dought itself..I never heard about this tool before and when I saw it I was bit reluctantbut found it at the price that was absolutely worth the risk.I have two so one can go as a gift.love it love it love it

Honestly I've only used the Danish whisk so far. And only had it a short time. I've seen complaints of rusting and cracked wood with some of these. So I'm being careful to let it dry completely with the handle up so any moisture drips away from the handle and I oiled the wood handle like you do for cutting boards. I've used it for making bagels, pancakes, cake and icing (for my dogs birthday). It mixed the peanut butter easier than anything I've used before. People have said it's so much better and worth getting it. I agree. Get yourself one. I've had this in my wishlist a long time, don't delay, buy it now. If I remember, I'll update with any changes or when I use the other parts to this order. I found I didn't need the scraper because the wisk is round and scraped the bowl nicely. My bagel making is just 2 ingredients so it's not like making bread and I have an electric bread maker so I can't say how well it will work with bread dough. But I imagine it will be great. I also can't imagine the handle wood will crack anytime soon. It seems to be well made, time will tell. I definitely recommend this to anyone, I think you'll use it more than you think.

The wood-handled whisks are well-made and seem sturdy at the connection point with a long handle. The loops are big enough to allow for easy cleaning..The two extras are nice to have but the egg/frother thing is pretty flimsy, so be careful with that one. Since that's not the star of the show, I don't mind that a bit.

Quality was good for the price. Bought a set for my daughter too ! Would recommend. Handles are sturdy and the wisk does what it supposed to.

This set is absolutely perfect for all your dough, bread, brownie etc mixing needs. It works very well and makes mixing things so much faster. The handle is the perfect size to make it easy to grip while mixing. Thye are very well made. The egg mixer is awesome too, mixes it more evenly. Wish I had this set years ago, I have been missing out for sure!
