Plus Desktop 3D Printer - Anthracite Gray

I bought this in dec, it arrived and worked great for about 3 days.then the problems started, lots of problems. I checked online, and everything I read said this was a high quality item, I just got the one defective one.I called the company, and they were fantastic. They tried to fix it via email/phone, and when that failed they shipped me out a new one, and paid to have the old one shipped back.I have had the new one for almost 2 weeks now and its a work house.I love it. I have recommended it to EVERYONE who asks which one they should buy.A great printer is one thing, but a company and a re-seller who will stand behind it, that is awesome.

As the cohost and producer of the 3D printing Today podcast I test and evaluate a lot of 3D printers. This bot has surpassed all my expectations. The out of box experience was easily the best I've had to date. The workmanship is excellent with all enclosed cable chains, all metal case and metal cantilevered shelf for the Z axis. The CoreXY toolpath control method provides fantastic quality with minimal ringing and no overshoots. The UI is REAL easy with a very pretty touch screen. There's excellent free Craftware slicer software but you can also easily use Simplify3D or Cura. The extruder is all open so you can easily see what is going on and easily clear the feeder area without a teardown. The filament path is all metal so you can print with Nylon and PETG. The build plate is easy to level with 3 points and the metal polished plate is removable with 2 thumbscrews. This bot is for now IMO the very VERY best desktop 3DP on the mkt in this price range. Major thumbs up!!!
