Never wrote a review for this product… it finally gave up the ghost after 6 years just a day ago. I first purchase this product on Jul 1, 2017. I am writing this review on Oct 1, 2023. I am so impressed overall by this little travel iron I’m back to buy another one. And not only is this my travel iron, this is my ONLY iron, used several times a week on average, the entire life of the iron. In case you were wondering, yes, a full sized iron does function more effectively. It covers more area, gets hotter, and generally does a better job faster… however if you need lightweight and compact this will do just fine; it might just take a little longer to get the job done. All the claims made about this iron are accurate as far as I can see, other than taking 15 seconds to heat up. Maybe to the lowest setting I’m not sure, I only ever use the hottest setting. It takes about as long to heat up as a regular iron does- a minute or two. And although it would be really cool to have an iron that got all the way hot and 15 seconds, I really don’t think waiting two minutes is that big of a deal. If you’re getting ready in the morning, Just brush your teeth while you’re waiting. Lol. Good price for product. Do recommend.

Went to the south of Spain this year and took this portable iron. Good thing I did because the hotels did not have irons in the rooms. It did the job well.

One of the biggest barriers to sewing with kids around in a small house is getting the ironing board and iron out. This little iron (combined with the table top board I made) has made it so much more convenient. I set it up right next to my sewing machine to make getting through a sewing project way more convenient. I find it to be adequate at the highest setting for ironing cotton and linen pieces. My only complaint is that the steam setting is a little unreliable. I never know if/when it’s going to come out so sometimes I just use a spray bottle. It would also be great if it was cordless but I figure that would be a higher price point.

This mini iron is just what I needed. It's much easier to use with small handle that fits the palm of your hand.

Very handy for small jobs.

Use this for sewing projects, pressing seams and prepping fabric. It conveniently fits in my sewing case and is easy to travel with! Heats up pretty quickly. I haven't used the steam function much so cant comment on that.I do not trust setting it down on its side while hot, it's too light and easily knocks over. I always set it down on a hot plate. Not the most powerful iron, for larger projects I'd recommend using a full sized.
