Go to Omlet, Crepe, Fried Egg Pan.
I bought this pan 5 years ago to make crepes. I use it nearly every day, and it has held up great (using non-metal spatulas). It is super sturdy, but not overly heavy; has a comfortable grip; and is pretty much nonstick. It has approximately 3/8 of an inch depth, so you can fry an egg on it. The heat distributes evenly, so it is perfect for making a three-egg omelet. I was so impressed by the quality of this pan, I purchased 4 others for gifts.

Does the job well
I just made savory crepes using Pasta Flour (3 flour blend) bc this is my pasta substitute; and it worked very well. Nothing was sticking. I poured a little extra-light olive oil on a paper towel and swiped the pan before each crepe. I could have used butter, but since this was for pasta, I used oil. This pan comes with basic instructions, do not use spray oils, and do not use too-high heat, do not cut inside the pan, all common sense warnings. I layered wax paper between each cooked crepe, put them in a ziplock bag, and froze them. The pan made a decent-sized 8" crepe, good for stuffing with cheeses or meats for cannelloni. I used 1/4 cup batter for each crepe. I like the very low-sloped sides allowing easy maneuverability to get under the crepe to flip it. I used a medium-high gas flame at first bc I found that browned the crepe adequately. The first side of crepe you cook about a minute, then the other side 20 seconds or so.. Once you do about 4 crepes, the pan is hot enough to turn down the flame to medium-low. Tomorrow I am going to try my egg-free chocolate crepe recipe. I put a sticky-note on the pan when I put it away saying "Use for crepes only!" I don't want anyone abusing this pan using it for anything other than crepes!

I know my crepe
This is my second Anolon crepe pan, bought to help get my crepes on for a growing family. My original Anolon crepe pan is more than 5 years old and still looks like new. It rocks. It's fire, man. It is one of my favorites. The angle of the pan lip is perfect. It lets you easily get your spatula under a crepe or omelet. It holds a steady heat which makes it easier to dial in the perfect temperature.

Perfect pan for one!
This pan is the perfect size. I live alone so I do not need a large griddle type pan. This crepe pan is great for a grilled sandwhich, pancakes, and of course crepes. Hot water and soap cleans it instantly.

Was a good crepe pan, not same quality anymore
We actually call crepes "blintzes". I make the thin batter myself and this pan is perfect in making them ! Absolutely no sticking, just how you want it ! Highly recommend !Update: 2 years passed and the pan loooks new, I love it. Will order another one to make a large batch of crepes faster 😋👍🏻Update: I still love and use my old pan, I purchased another one and was disappointed with the quality.. after first use on my glass stove, the bottom of the pan curved and it doesn’t lay flat on the surface anymore.. it wobbles, waste.. not the same quality! The old one still flat and I’ve been using it for over 2 years. Will try to return it.

Not induction friendly
My fault - in UK Avalon’s Advanced Hard range is induction friendly but this colour is discontinued. So paid extra to import from US. Looks stunning - wonderful size. But does not work on induction hob so completely useless to me.In fairness, the description does not say it is induction friendly. Equally, it does not warn that it is not. I just assumed the same brand/model would be the same in US. So disappointed.

Exactly what I was looking for.
It is a crepe pan, we use it for scrambled eggs, omelets, frying eggs and anything else you put in a small , flat pan. Love it!
