The first thing I noticed when I opened the box was that there was an awful lot of powder on the outside of the packets, rather than inside them. Annoyed that something that costs as much as this stuff does, they should treat every particle of it like gold, I commenced making myself a cup of hot chocolate. The packets are made of paper, easy to tear open, and reminiscent of a simpler time when products weren’t all packaged in some kind of space aged material that either tears unpredictably or can’t be torn at all. Any remaining peevishness I had evaporated completely once I tasted the deliciousness. It’s not as spicy as I thought it might be, but there’s just enough spice to make it more interesting than plain chocolate. Add a big splash of heavy cream, and it’s better than any cocoa I’ve tasted. I suppose It’s possible that I may have forgotten what cocoa is supposed to taste like, given that I haven’t had any for decades, but I’m delighted with it. The taste is just a bonus, because the real reason for drinking this is to nudge me into ketosis, which it does admirably, with no gastrointestinal repercussions. I’ll be needing some more soon!

Fun keto treat that also raises ketones. The chocolate flavor is interesting with a spice twist of cinnamon. It can be mixed with frozen ripe avocado & a touch of cream for a keto ice cream. Wish Amazon also had the dr Boz Dutch chocolate flavor so I could try that one too.

I like this in the afternoon in place of my coffee. Flavor is strong so I take half of a packet. I can’t tell if ketones improve. I’m on a keto diet so this is just for a boost. Not sure if I’ll buy again

This is my first ketones drink ever. I thought it'd taste horrible, but it's not too bad. It's kind of like a powdered protein drink they sell for weight lifters. The "spice" part is very gentle, not spicy-hot. I tested before and after--the drink definitely delivers ketones.

You can trust Dr Boz products are high quality. I have used her other keto BHB powder when I fall off the wagon and have a hard time with cravings and getting back on track on the keto way of eating. During the holidays I kept craving chocolate and remember she had a chocolate BHB powder so I ordered it and now I am back on track, it gave me that taste of chocolate and my cravings went away. Now I use it occasionally for a treat.

I love Dr. Boz. She's great. When she endorses and sells something, I trust her research and selling information. That's why I really regret having to leave a poor review for these ketones. They just haven't worked for me at all as measured by my Dr. BOZ-Endorsed Keto Mojo meter and strips. I have seen no real ketones above 0.3 one hour after taking the ketones and two hours after taking them. In other words, my ketones were 0.3 or less after taking the exogenous ketones. My regular ketone levels are greater than 1.6 on rising but I decided to test after having a bit of carb snack to see if the ketones would work. They didn't. I will keep trying and keep trusting but I am greatly disappointed 😞
