was unfortunate enough to buy this as new'it was used

Very happy with this vcr and remote and service, my mistake with not to realize there was no clock or face on the unit which I am used to on vcr but again getting along without it very good unit and I am happy with everything and would order again if needed

Product came fast & works great ! Couldn't find a vcr under $80 so this was a great grab

Horrible, completely broken when I got it. Had a tape stuck in it upon arrival and once we got it out it wouldn't do anything else.

I bought it for my brother as a Christmas gift. He has contacted the owner and is sending it back. It did not work properly. I am wondering how I get reimbursed for the item? I used my Visa debit card. Janet Shrake
