Great for pain relief in hands, but costs less at Costco.

After reading many reviews I was a bit skeptical thinking it would take a while to work or not be as effective as I hoped. The day it arrived I was in a fair amount of knee pain. I immediately applied it and within about a half an hour I felt relief. Mobility increased and pain was very manageable. I highly recommend this product! It hasn’t felt this good in weeks. I’m looking forward to see if it eventually helps with the swelling but if it only keeps the pain at bay, I’m good.

GIVE IT A WEEK AS INSTRUCTIONS ADVISE!!! I have a permanent knee injury, other knee went to hell after the injury. I use this on my knees, twice a day, and it took about 10 days to really notice i get sleep without waking to very painful knees in the midlle of the night!! It did not do anything, nor did i feel anything till about the 10th day. If i over do it on my knees, this does not help at that point. Its not a cure all, but it will help if you follow the directions. Ive tried everything else with no help for the pain. Good luck out there !!!

I've used this as a prescription.One thing I know, it always had a safety seal. This box came crushed and tube actually bentAnd..not returnable. What?So 1 star removed. Amazon, do you get products rejected by these companies BECAUSE of missing seals, then sell them to us with a no return policy?As far as the product, c'mon people every drug has side effects .This is great on my arthritic foot as I wait for surgery.

This is a topical for joint pain. Reccomended by my PMD and Accupunture MD, it’s a bit expensive but it works. Really rub it in then joint area and remember it is in the Tylenol family, which means it clears through your liver so be mindful of that if you are taking Tylenol and drink alcohol.

Works very well. Application is easy and it dries quickly.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I stated using this for hip/muscular/sciatic pain flares around a double-herniated disc at my doctor’s suggestion (off-label, for both purpose and location of use). I get NSAID-induced gastritis from even a couple ibuprofen, and he stated this was a safe option, because only about 1% of the medicine contained (so…1% of the 1% diclofanac) was actually absorbed into the bloodstream (when applied to the skin), and the rest stays locally. I’ve had zero issues after months of post-PT use. I’m also extremely rash-prone, and I don’t have issues with this as long as I make sure to wipe the area off between applications.

Voltage is designed to ease pain without a medical odor. Many, including my friends swear by it. However, upon receiving a tube, I read carefully the info on a box flap and realized it was dangerous for cardiac patients in certain areas. I decided not to use it.Maybe I'm being persnickity, but I'm old. You be the judge of your own healthy body.
