SOHO-PBX SP-416CS+ (4 Phone Lines x 16 Extensions PABX) Telephone Switch System Control Exchange

This PBX was so terrible, I couldn't use it. It introduces static and radio noise into the telephone lines, and I didn't see any provision for voice mail in the manual (other mini PBXs I've worked with all had voice mail for each extension.)And, to make matters worse, I have been unable to get the manufacturer to respond to my requests for an RMA. So at this point, I do not advise buying this brand. I'll basically have to eat the cost and buy my client a much better PBX from another company.

I bought this system for a model railroad communication set up. I was obviously concerned given the lack of reviews. I need not be concerned. I had no use for the outside lines but wanted an easy way to have an internal communication setup. Getting the system up and running was very easy. Yes, the instruction manual could be better written but being a former electrical engineer it was quite easy for me and it worked from day one. The system works fine using standard trimline phones and so far appears to work just as advertised.

The instructions are impossible to understand
