Customer service is good. They sent me another size after the first was too big. The new size fit but it does nothing to flatten the stomach. If anything it makes my stomach look rounded. This item is not waist training quality if your bigger. Might work for people who are a medium or smaller.

Sized at a 3x fits a 1x but for someone whose 5'2" tall or shorter
