Great product however the only issue i had is that the charger port eventually gives out and won't charge the device for pads other than that good item

THIS PRODUCT IS NOT ONLY GREATLY OVERPRICED BUT IT SIMPLY DOES NOT DO ANYWHERE NEAR A GOOD STIMULATION OF THE MUSCLES.THE GEL PACKS ARE A WASTE OF TIME. TRYING TO REMOVE THEM SIMPLY PULLS THEM AWAY FROM THEIR BACKING. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME, MONEY AND ENERGY.THERE NEEDS TO BE FAR BETTER INFORMATION ON THE USE OF EACH ITEM RANGING FROM THE SIMPLE PREPARATION AND PLACEMENT OF THE CONTACT PADS TO WHICH EACH LEVEL (6 total) IS SUPPOSED TO PROVIDE.MY ONLY WISH IS THAT AMAZON HAD A NEGATIVE STAR RATING IN PLACE BECAUSE I WOULD AWARD THE MAKER A FULL 5 STAR MINUS!!!!!BUYER BEWARE, I RANK THIS ITEM AS ONE TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. Bought it recently to see if it can relieve muscle pain.Stuck the equipment on and only found out that it only works after clicking the ‘on’ button twice. The instructions didn't state you need to click it twice in order for it to start working. I thought you click ‘on’ once and set ‘program’ of desired intensity then it will automatically start by itself.The colour as well does not actually indicate the level intensity accurately on the machine, it only gets brighter.It also does not state the number on the device what it means.And the instruction book does not state which side is the strongest as well.All in all, its an ok product, but would i recommend to anyone, i wouldn’t

This product suffers from poor quality electronics, you set them going check the time so you can do the specified 20 minutes and then you realise they one or two of the units have turned themselves off ! Very poor build quality! If it was a high steer shop they would go straight back but as it Amazon it’s not worth the hassle!

It was a good purchase

I found it difficult to put togehter - and in the end failed. Instructions not great and as it is all in pieces it was left on the side in frustration - It might work for someone but not me!
