Clack Water Softener Repair Wrench - V3193-02

Could've used a screwdriver and gouged up the inner workings of the water softener. Might not have mattered. Could be just aesthetic. But as a matter of principle, I don't like to mangle things when I'm working on them. This wrench made the removal of the gasket and pistons a walk in the park. It fits perfectly in every little hole and provides tons of torque with a perfect fit. Didn't really need to use much force. Came off easy and went back on like silk. Worth every penny to me.

Love it, did what I needed it for

Clack makes a common valve set for multiple water softener companies that put their own branding on them. If you have a Clack valve, this wrench is very handy for accessing the various locking caps. Especially good for getting to the the spacer stack and pistons.

Used this to access the inside of my clack ws-1 water softener valve, safer for the valve than a hammer and screwdriver. Although I discovered that it was cheaper from the site I used for parts.

This tool makes the valve replacement process very easy. Could you do it without, sure, but why struggle?
