4 stars because I order a large and and it fits like a medium . I guess that's the way its suppose to fit. It can only button up to the first line that I kinda force it to fit on me. Its comfortable and it doesn't bother me that's it tight . I feel the way im shaped the waist trainer doesn't get my whole stomach area but I will be testing this product out to see if I see any results and if I dont within a month I will discontinue.

Sizing is super off. I'm usually a size Medium, and after reading the reviews saying to "up" a size I ordered a Large. When I received it, it was SO small. It barely fit my skinny boyfriend on the last hooks. Definitely returning.Only good thing is that it got here super fast, but it is a shame on the sizes.I say "up 3 sizes".

Holds in the stomach fat but pushes it up and back fat is now bulging out.. Fix one thing and another gets ugly/gross. Can't ever win.

Item fits real good ordered the size I wanted and I got the correct size

Ok, it's actually quite comfortable. I wish it was a little longer. But otherwise it does the job.
