Beautiful electric log burner fire. Powerful heating which only takes a few minutes to warm the whole lounge. When only having the lights on the logs it makes the room look cosy. Great value for money. Easy to keep clean which is a bonus.

Love everything about this. We can’t have gas or wood burner in our lounge but needed back up heat and focal point - and this fits the bill both times. We also bought the hearth from Amazon as we thought this was reasonable price. We also bought the Dimplex stove top but it was awful and at £40 horrifically over priced - Screwfix £24. Heat is very good and think will heat our room very quickly when needed. Note there is no remote with it. Slight hum from flame effect but certainly can’t hear about tv. Delivery was amazingly quick and contact with seller was virtually instant All in all very pleased Also note there is European plug on it we bought an extension lead ( Uk to european ) as didn’t want to change plug just in case something went wrong with fire because warranty would be voud

I liked the look and the tall style. The only thing I wasn't to happy with was that the controls are at the back when fire against wall a bit cumbersome. Otherwise nice fire.

The media could not be loaded. Purchase this as I can’t have a proper log burner so bought this after reading reviews and I wasn’t disappointed it’s perfect I bought the chimney bit and the plinth separately to finish the look. The delivery was super fast considering it came from Germany and it was very well packaged would highly recommend this if you can’t or don’t want the real thing. You can use the light effect with the heat on and I have to say when the heat is switch on (there are 2 settings for this one low and one high) it heated up my kitchen diner which is approximately 8 meters x 6 meters within 5 mins and I haven’t noticed any difference in my energy bills. I hope this review gives this justice 😁

I bought this fire and within two months the front door has cracked in three places. I have tried several times through Amazon to contact the supplier with no response. I have emailed them directly with no follow up after a holding email. Amazon shouldn’t be selling this product if you can’t get faulty and damaged products. This is against customer rights. I’d like Amazon to help me.Think twice before buying this product through Amazon.

Initially I was really disappointed, delivery was confirmed with a 3 day window, which came and went without any communication from the supplier.When checking my account another three day window was showing however the carrier was showing that no package had been received, at this point I reached out to the supplier direct.The supplier responded quickly and was very apologetic, they were responsive from this point, also offering a partial refund for the inconvenience caused.The fire has since been delivered and is of really good quality, it looks great and gives off a lovely glow when in use - overall, despite the initial hiccup great response from a responsible supplier and excellent product.

Love this! Heats the room quickly and looks gorgeous. Slight humming noise from it but doesn't bother me. Highly recommend if you don't want the hassle and expense of fitting a real fire stove. Does not come with a remote control.

Even though I returned this item I still think it was worth the 4 stars. It just wasn't right for where we wanted it to go. Easy return and refund.

Puede ser una tontería pero los troncos no vienen. El fuego es precioso, muy real pero hace un ruido tremendo. No solo el calefactor, que sería entendible, si no cuando solo se enciende el fuego hace ruido

Abbiamo acquistato questo camino elettrico per arredare una casa vacanze. Il climatizzatore inverter consumava eccessivamente così lo abbiamo sostituto con questo caminetto. I consumi per il momento risultano nella norma, sicuramente minori rispetto a quelli del climatizzatore. I risultati sono ottimi, nessun ospite si è mai lamentato del freddo. È vero, però, che la casa si trova al sud Italia, dove le temperature invernali non sono mai così rigide, e inoltre è posizionato in una stanza di dimensioni non eccessive. Non so se gli stessi risultati potrebbero ottenersi in una stanza molto grande.Rapporto qualità- prezzo eccezionale: facendo un giro nei negozi fisici e/o online i prezzi proposti per lo stesso prodotto sono decisamente superiori. Design del prodotto top: belle finiture, bellissimo colore. Risulta un elemento d'arredo molto elegante, adatto anche ad un piccolo salotto. Siamo molto soddisfatti di aver optato, alla fine, per questo caminetto. Lo consigliamo vivamente!

Tres vite reçu et très bien protégé.Je suis conquis.Très beau design, Tres belle cheminée électrique très moderne , très fonctionnel.Réchauffe très vite la pièce, n'utilise pas beaucoup de l'ectricité .Ne fait pas de bruit .Excellente je recommande que du plus et comme description .
