Very Nice
This is a very tasty bit of beef with a good texture and reasonable price... sadly the only item that I purchased from Morrisons that was better than my usual supermarket.

Lovely piece of steak
Had never heard of Denver steak before so wasn't sure what to expect or if it needed to be cooked any differently. As I wasn't sure, and I'm a terrible cook anyway thought I would thinly slice and mix in with sliced peppers etc to go into a stir-fry. I wanted to just quickly fry it and not worry about if I was trying to do Rare or well-done. It certainly worked out and was edible for me, so that's a win in my case.
