Battery wouldn't charge in my trusty Logitech H800 headset. Replaced with this and I'm back in the game. Installation was easy and fit where it was supposed to go. No problem

I bought this battery back in October of 2022 and it lasted until March of of 2025 (so almost 2.5 year) before it started to hold the charge just for 2 hours. Pretty impressive for the aftermarket product.

Battery life absolutely unknown! Value for money probably OK. Have not yet figured out how to install. Have not yet been able to get the battery plugged into headset, fingers are simply not strong enough and have not found the appropriate tool to make the connection. If it ever gets installed, I hope it will work.

The battery itself looked homemade. The outer casing was just a black plastic wrap with what looked like clear scotch tape over a paper label. The connector fit properly on my H800 headset, so I figured what's the worst that could happen? Plugged in to USB power to charge for a full day. When plugged in, it made an odd quiet dial up modem type sound constantly in the right ear. When unplugged from the cord, the headphone would not power on and didn't even have a red LED. My factory battery still works ok, so I swapped it back in and everything was fine. This replacement battery seems to have been a dud. If it worked, the capacity is supposed to be 20% higher--320 mAh over the 265 mAh for the factory battery--but sadly the presentation and apparent rate of failure based on other reviews isn't worth the hassle.

Updated Review: 11/8/24 Original Review: 11/7/24 UPDATE: battery is a DUD. As u can see, headset is on, but battery is on red. Even after me charging it for hours on yesterday. Returning for sure!! LIKE: battery fit my headset perfectly DISLIKE: This is a replacement battery. The problem is that when charging the headset, NO light appears. Therefore, I can't tell whether it's charging at all; or the level of charge it's at. With the original battery, upon connecting the charger, one of three colors would appear to indicate the battery status (red, yellow, or green). I may return.

I bought this battery to replace one in a work headset that wouldn't charge anymore. This battery works well but the charging port on the headset does has a problem where the connection with the charger is very touchy. I don't know yet how long this battery will last but I hope it lasts as long as the original battery did. Overall, I would purchase this battery again should the need arise.

Had a problem with my Logi headset no longer taking a charge...I had noticed the battery was lasting less and less....so I assumed it was the battery. I ordered this thinking a new battery would take care of it, but this didn't help. Not sure if it is this product or my headset. I returned this battery assuming it was my headset (then threw them away).
