Freeze / Out of Sync when Displaying Video Content
Bought 3 of these, initially, I thought it works or at least for a short period of time.1. Item contains software that has been discontinued and cannot be downloaded as instructed from the user menu. The item cannot not be configured without the correct software. SO, no PIN setup or device name changes.2. Most importantly, when connected with Windows 10 using default/factory setting, this item will constantly disconnect, freeze, or completely out of sync when displaying video content. Have spent many days troubleshooting and even tried on a high end laptop and result is the same.3. Comparing to Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter V2 which has no problem at all except it cost $50.00. Really want this unit to work and even boot faster than MIcrosoft, but I try everything I can and give up.Conclusion: If you can bear with insecure connection and display static screen for your presentation, you might be ok given if it doesn't freeze up.

Works like a charm with Win 10 and regular LED TV
Works like a charm with Win 10 and regular LED TV. No need for any software installation or configuration. Streamed video from computer player as well as from online source and there was no skipping like in Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter (which I own as well). For presentations and non-intense display sharing most wireless dongles will work without a problem, including this model.Very good value and quality. Took a chance with this brand and it paid off.

You will get a good value for the money, and even though it's capacity is ideal for 'static' presentations, and somewhat falling short on presenting the dynamic content, I would not hesitate recommending this dongle.

Great for Streaming Movies
I'm using these to connect our Windows 10 laptops to our TV for streaming movies. It works well.
