I had a few bumps with this heat press but after contacting the seller, I received a quick reply and the part was replaced in the first instance. Recently, and within the 2 year warranty, they decided I needed it replaced and they did that promptly as well! I'm VERY satisfied with the product as a whole and definitely with the Seller!!! I enjoy this set, but even after six or so uses, the cup press smokes and filled the house with a smell (kind of fish-like), my family hates when I use it and I am made to lock myself in the room with windows open.

Hello so I bought this to start a business and at first I was like of this is perfect but I tried using T-shirt press and it was hit or miss sometimes it wouldn’t work and sometimes it does. Then I used the tumbler press at first it worked great until one morning I turned it on and noticed it was smoking and making a hissing sound I looked inside tumbler press and saw the liner was bubbling up in places. That’s definitely not safe. So I thought maybe it was being overused but nope went to use again and it was still bubbling and burning. So I reached out the slendor the customer support on the purchase page and surprise it doesn’t work it’s not a real email I got a notification it’s not a working email adress. So caution to buyers it will work a few times and then it doesn’t and they will not send you replacements Because there is no customer service support. I’m very disappointed in this item and now stuck with something that was spendy and is a fire hazard. Amazon should not let them sell this item it doesn’t have an automatic shut of either so if someone walks away from machine it could be a fire waiting to happen.
