Q: I’m 5’4”, 115lb with a pretty narrow frame (I usually wear a size 1 in juniors). Will the small/medium be too big for me?

These are very very flimsy leggings. They stretch a lot. I’m sure that a small will be fine but they will not be constricting/tight at all. I’m a medium on the larger side and they aren’t tight on me either. In general, they’re not the best leggings. Very thin, unsupportive and flimsy but very soft.

Q: Are these sweat proof

There is no gusset and there are seams that go like a four way intersection 😁 a + if you will. The seams on not flat. I wear underwear so I cannot answer your last ?
