Good yoga mat that is big enough for a tall man to use. My only complaint is the intense smell it had when it arrived. I could smell it through the plastic bag it was shipped in, so I placed it in the spare bedroom for awhile. It still smelled like chemicals. What it needs is to be completely opened and unrolled, and placed in a room or garage where you don't have to be near it for a week or so. If you are chemical sensitive, this is not the mat for you. The description of the mat says that it is free of odor and poison. I really have to disagree. I give the mat 3 stars because the description is severely misleading regarding the smell. It does function as a comfortable, non-slippery yoga mat.

I left my mat in my car one summer day and the heat shrunk it at least 5 inches shorter. And now it won't lay flat on the floor. I now have ridges and valleys for a mat. Don't get this if you anticipate leaving your mat in your car during summer time. :) I have never had any issue like this with all other mats that I have owned and used for the past 7 years.

The mat is good, it's easy on may knees and switching on your toes. But, my hands slip while in downward dog. I am going to try a yoga towel over it to see if that helps.

Very strong odor lasts for quite a while. It is very thin, so there isn't much cushion. I find it slippery for certain poses, even when I wear my yoga gloves.

The only negative thing I can say about this yoga mat is the strong smell. But you're going to get that with any new yoga mat. I am sure after a few uses the smell will go down, and I am not really worried about it.

Extremely comfortable. I've never owned a yoga mat before, and now that I have one I can do crunches and situps without any pain on my tailbone (previous issue for some reason). Anyway it's great.

Its a yoga mat. Higher quality then the others and doesnt have that permanent bent edge or crease like others do that trigger my ocd.
