Excellent Goggles; Better Customer Service
Being a business owner myself, I understand the importance of customers leaving reviews. However, I don't like being solicited to give one. I don't find that particularly professional. And while I absolutely love these goggles, I decided NOT to leave feedback after being nagged by email twice to leave feedback. That is, until I had a problem with the goggles.I wrote to the company's customer service and explained the problem and asked what I could do from my end to rectify it. Though the company advertises that this problem shouldn't happen, I considered it to be a common one for goggles and so was not going to throw a hissy fit or return them (especially as, even with the defect, the goggles were the best I ever used). Within a very short time of telling them what the problem was, I was informed a new pair would be shipped out. No arguments; no finger pointing; no excuses. Nothing. For those of you who think this should be "the norm", I can only agree with you when the item defect is glaring or unreasonable (which I didn't consider this to be). At the very least, I would've expected to pay the postage for the replacement pair or to return the defective one. No such demand was made. This is EXACTLY how I run my company and am impressed when I find the very few other establishments that do the same. The customer may not always be right; but when he/she is reasonable and the complaint valid, there's no reason not to provide good customer service and take care of the problem. And it is mainly for this reason, that I decided to leave a review, when I chose not to before (By the way, the new goggles arrived 4 days after contacting them). As to the goggles themselves, I am impressed. Even without the earplugs, which are some of the most effective ones I've worn, the goggles with their case alone is well worth the price (I don't use the nose plugs). Part of the reason the goggles are so effective is that the rubber around the goggles are thick and the band supporting them is also wide and thick, made of sturdy material. The band is also quite big, which is a bonus (and necessity) for someone like me with a larger than normal head. Nonetheless, I keep the band tight to make them absolutely waterproof. It's not the most comfortable feeling (especially when your head is above water), but no other goggles have stayed watertight and clear for me. The thick band also supports my Apple Ipod and I can easily tie the cord to my headphones on the band. This is also much more ideal than having to wear a bathing cap and putting the Ipod under it (as, once again, my big head causes the cap to ride up when I swim). In summary, these goggles are worth every penny paid and the customer service only validates that all the more. Yes, some of the complaints about the goggles on here are valid (but far from all). For those that are, these goggles are still FAR superior to others I've used and certainly more so than the basic goggles you'll buy for 1/5th the price at Walmart. For those who appreciate value and spend money where it's worth it, I can only repeat the maxim, "You get what you pay for!"

Best swim goggles I've ever owned, excellent customer service
EDIT 5/13/16: Finally had a chance to go swim again. This time, I tried them without my contacts in to see if it made a difference. I'm here to tell you that, if you wear contacts/glasses and want to use these goggles, go swimming WITHOUT your contacts. Underwater, i could clearly see to the end of the 25 yard lane like I originally expected. Everything underwater is CRYSTAL clear, these are awesome!!! Changing my rating from 4 to 5 stars after finally figuring out how to get the clear view many customers rave about.Original review:I'm a casual swimmer who wears corrective contact lenses for nearsightedness, I purchased these goggles because I was tired of buying the cheap $10 ones with the foam for suction what would fall apart after a few uses. I saw these online and figured I'd give them a try.I received the goggles and the ear/nose plugs in the nice zipper case. Very impressed with the packaging of the goggles and the included accessories. The mirror finish is very nice on the goggles and the suction is AWESOME! I've swam with these a few times so far and have had no issues with leaks or fogging up so far. I hope to try diving soon to see how they hold up and can update after that.Being able to adjust them once and use the quick release on the back is such a great feature. It makes life so much easier than having to stretch the cord all the time just to put on/remove the goggles. Very good design choice! My only concern that I had with these goggles is the visibility underwater, which other customers have complained about. Above water, no issues whatsoever. In a 25 yard lap lane, I could see all the way to the end of the lane, but it was blurry; I was expecting to see the cross at the end of the lane clearly like with the cheaper goggles or with a snorkeling mask. Even my hands, which would be maybe 3 feet away from me when outstretched, were blurry. I contacted the manufacturer because I thought maybe the optics were a little off. They were nice enough to send me a 2nd pair at no charge. I tried them out and, unfortunately, experienced the same issue.I did notice that, if I focused on my hand when it was outstretched, I was able to see clearly in the pool in my peripheral vision. I gave my 1st pair to my wife (who doesn't use contacts or glasses) and she said she could see great with them underwater. I figure at this point either my contacts are the issue (I'm going to try these without my contacts for my next swim) or that my expectations are too high. I'll update after my next swim.I REALLY wanted to give these 4.5 stars because, aside from the blurry vision underwater, these are the best pair of swim goggles I've ever purchased. They are very well made and I look forward to swimming many more laps with them on. I am also very satisfied with the customer service so far. Definitely recommend giving these goggles a try if you love swimming and are tired of the cheap throwaway goggles!

Decent goggles, good ear plugs, notsomuch with the nose
I am pretty impressed with the goggles and ear plugs. The only issue I have with the goggles is that since I swim indoors, the shading is pretty dark, if used outside in the daylight, I am sure this wouldn't be an issue at all. I really like the anti-fog, this is the first pair I have purchased that doesn't fog at all. There is a great field of view that you don't usually get with goggles. It comes with two types of ear plugs, both work well. The only reason for the 4 stars is the nose piece. The nose piece doesn't stay in place and isn't adjustable at all.
