great flavour, texture and thickness to help you feel full and nourished. For me the product worked as it was meant to. For medical reasons I was told I need to lower BMI, blood sugars, and weight prior to a procedure. I increased exercise levels (without Gym) and had 2 of these a day plus a healthy meal and I dropped weight healthily through hard work and other changes have kept it at bay. These are not forever though, they did what i needed them to and I have now successfully reintroduced food back to 3 meals plus a snack. This isn't a miracle cure but used correctly can help you achieve the results you need to. They taste great, they're convenient and easy to use. the size of each bag is plenty for around 2/3 weeks on 2 a day. These are not instead of food but can be combined with a healthy diet , lifestyle and exercise to help healthily lose weigh while not starving, feeling hungry or lacking energy. they are filling but be ready to make the proper changes and maintenance because this is for use as part of a routine not instead of. The exercise, healthy eating, lifestyle changes and longer term goals must also be adhered to and sensibly used.

My go to protein powder, I have tried many brands, however this is the only one that suits my palate and I tolerate this very well with no bloating and easy digestibility. I like it so much that I have made my friends try this and now they are regular repeat customers as well . Texture and quality excellent and I would say value for money . Thickness of drinks are just right and doesn’t create any gooey mess

This is tasty and blend well. It's a bit sweet but I like the flavour. My only gripe is that it comes with a 40 g scoop and the serving size is 60 g so you have to awkwardly measure 1.5 scoops to get a serving. Why would you not just provide it with a 30 g scoop so I can do 2 scoops?

Chocolate flavour tastes great and I use it for lunch at work and it is really filling. Easy to scoop and shake. Loaded with protein, vitamins and minerals.

The taste is amazing. One portion is just over 200 calories. I drink it before bed as protein works against fat the best at night time. I mix it with water and it's still creamy. Got the vanilla taste but soon will be ordering more flavours . I tried ready protein shakes but they aren't full meal replacements. I'm also happy with how quick it arrived. It just took one day to get it delivered. Overall I highly recommend it to anyone who's trying to increase protein intake or to those trying to loose weight.

Only tried one so far and I'm still on the fence about it. Thick consistency even with more water added and I'd have like the taste of strawberry to be more noticeable as the oaty taste seems to overpower this. Left it in the fridge overnight otherwise don't think I could have drank it at all. Will try another few shakes before making my mind up.

New customer and have tried both the banana and vanilla. Keeps me full, I manage to have just one shake for brunch and I can last until dinner, definitely keeps me full for a few hours and makes dieting for weight loss so much easier as it’s a quick, easy and low cal option! It does have a slightly chalky taste so I’d recommend blitzing it in the blender (I throw in a banana and some Greek yoghurt so it goes further) and it definitely helps to keep a smooth consistency. 5lb down in 2 weeks by drinking one a day plus a healthy diet - good quality and value, not to mention tasty, would recommend!

Conosco il mondo degli integratori e li uso da sempre (circa 25 anni). Devo dire che sono rimasto soddisfatto. Qualità buona, costo moderato. Gusto buono. Si scoglie bene sia in acqua che in latte di soia.

Ho iniziato a usare queste proteine per integrare l’apporto quotidiano di proteine e devo dire che nel complesso sono molto soddisfatto. Premetto che non le uso solo dopo l’allenamento, ma anche nei giorni in cui ho avuto pasti più leggeri: si sciolgono facilmente in acqua o latte e hanno un gusto piacevole, senza quell’effetto chimico che capita con altri integratori. Le ho trovate anche facili da digerire: nessun gonfiore o fastidio allo stomaco, cosa che per me è sempre un problema con alcune proteine in polvere. Il profilo nutrizionale è equilibrato, con una buona quantità di proteine per porzione e pochissimi zuccheri. Ottime!

Cercavo un sostituto del pasto e ho trovato questo a 25 euro in offerta. Sazia per 5, 6 ore anche se il gusto non è il massimo: chimico come prodotti simili... C è di tutto dentro e credo sia un pasto equilibrato ottimo ovviamente anche per dimagrire. Uso il frullatore per evitare grumi Consiglio!
