Q: Last time I put in brand new filter the change filter light stayed on. Why?

After replacing the filters, when you switch on the machine, the replace filter light still lights up. You need to reset the filter's lifetime sensor so that the machine can calculate the filters' lifetime. 1) Plug in the air purifier and turn it on. 2) Press and hold filter light for 3 seconds. 3) Release filter light and the light will turn off, indicating that the reset is complete.

Q: Which filter is best for smoke, pet or mold?

HEPA 13 is great for smoke. I do not have a pet or mold. Hope this helps.

Q: What models of renfo can these fit in? I have one and can’t find filters and these look the same.

The models are listed on the listing for these filters. The models are listed right under the picture. There is a smaller model and a larger model. Hope this helps. They are returnable so if you order and not the right ones you can return them. Thanks, Jon
