Can this fan be used as cpu fan? and connect it to motherboard directly?

it can be used as a CPU fan but the fan cannot be directly connected to the motherboard. the fans can only connect to its fan controller that comes with the fans.

How do you sync these with asus aura? mine show up but i can't control the rgb.

Are you using the ARGB header then you should be able to control it. If not try contacting the manufacturer
