Missing parts
We’ve order the same machine from Vevor before, usually don’t have big issues eith the machines. However, we decided to order with this new machine brand because it looked better than Vevor. We opened the big packaged and the dam drill and bottom cone dispensing unit is missing! I tried using spare parts form Vevor but they don’t fit. Now I need to retro this one and purchase a Vevor unit again. Waste of time and money, by the way Vevor is $200-$400 less.

The water feature not working
I hooked everything up and the water continuously runs into the cup without shutting off.
