You need one
Great flame super impressed worth every penny. Turns on the first push. Good quality best one I’ve purchased so far.

Works perfect.
If you need to shrink shrink tubing or heat shrink butt connectors this is perfect. I also use it when I need to solder larger gauge wires. It easy to use it has a lot of adjustment in flame size. It’s really almost impossible to see the flame out side in the day light. You may not see it’s on so be careful not to burn yourself or other surroundings

Runs 20 Minutes on a Refill
Runs about 20 minutes at the low heat setting. Not easy to fill with butane. Usually lights on second attempt. Otherwise a good torch. I would buy again. All of the butane torches have their own idiosyncrasies. None work perfectly all the time. This one as good as any I have tried.

Flame on!
Nice quality, lights easy and powerful heat. Great design, fits my hand and gets into tight places.

This torch has a constant audible butane leak from nozzle, garbage.
I bought this for one-off soldering projects and recreational activities. This appeared to be higher quality and the price reflected that. Please don't make the same mistake I did. It did work for a while and the construction seemed slightly above average at first. I quickly realized I had to fill it up every single time I used it and it was always hissing from the nozzle, aka leaking out all the expensive butane. I did get a little use out of it but it finally bit the dust after a few months of medium use, it won't light anymore. Also, the switch for handsfree operation is a huge PITA.

The Perfect Heat Tool for Any DIY Project: Master Appliance MT-80K Butane Micro Torch Kit
The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased the Master Appliance MT-80K Butane Micro Torch Kit and I am extremely pleased with my purchase. This kit is a great value for the money and comes with everything you need to get started. The torch itself is lightweight and easy to use, with an adjustable flame that can be used for a variety of tasks. The kit also includes a flameless heat tool, soldering iron, and hot knife, all of which are great for detailed work. The case that comes with the kit is also very handy and makes it easy to store and transport the tools.Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend the Master Appliance MT-80K Butane Micro Torch Kit to anyone looking for a reliable and versatile tool. It is well worth the price and will last for years to come.

Weird
Difficult to light. It lights when it feels like but only when gas is off

Indestructible and user friendly
After 9'months of use, NONE BETTER in an industrial environment. I destroyed two other torches in less than as month. including the plastic version by the same company. This puppy is the best. Large capacity tank, great flame adjustment range, and robust .Dropped it 4 feet and rhe flame never went out., dropped it 16 feet (while not in use), no damage. I use it on the minimum setting most of the time for heat shrink. When the fuel gets low and flame gets weak, bumping up the adjustment lever always lets me finish the task.
