Q: is this good for making ghee?

Hello! We have never personally tried to make ghee out of this butter. What we do know is that there is an 83% fat content in the butter where most American butters are around 69%. Since there is such a high butter fat content, we wonder if when making the ghee, you might not end up with that much ghee since so much butter fat will be removed. If you do try to make ghee with it, can you let us know what you learn? Thank you so much. Kai Gourmet
