I have taken Vit C for many years for all of its benefits. Liposomal is supposed to be more easily absorbed by our bodies. I notice that it really helps heal my gums quickly if they become irritated and are painful. By the next morning, my gums are back to normal.

It’s very difficult to rate any vitamin tablet unless it’s toxic. I have taken these for five days now and nothing has happened to me. I have learned that other than a multivitamin tablet, Vitamin C with or without Rose Hips is the most taken vitamin supplement hands down. While their capsule does not contain rose hips as many other Vitamin C complex vitamins do, this vitamin complex contains sunflower lecithin which acts as a “natural fat emulsifier that can help to reduce the ‘stickiness’ of the milk and deter fats from clumping together. It may also loosen existing fatty clogs and improve milk flow. If one does drink milk and/or cream, this could emulsify milk fats in the body.Most people in the US and other non-third world countries take Vitamin C to promote overall good health especially in the fall, winter and spring when colds, flu and allergies are at their highest. Of course, the flu and colds are viruses which can’t be prevented with anything except by staying at home along with no physical contact with no other human. However, it has long been believed that these two ‘nasties’ can be lessened by taking vitamin C. I like the liposomal vitamin C because if I am going to be taking a supplement, I like knowing that the supplement is being absorbed by my body and not just being excreted in my urine. This Vitamin C complex comes in capsule form, and is easy to swallow. It has a lot of nice features for those who are extremely health conscious or who have food allergies: no added gluten, soy, milk, dairy, wheat, grain, sugar or preservatives. It is also 100% vegan, and non GMO. None of those things actually induced me to order this product, however. The product features that I like are that it is made in the USA, and that it is liposomal. This means that the Vitamin C has been placed inside liposomes, which are minuscule little bubbles made to resemble cell membranes that can enter a cell and release the vitamin C right into the cell without the Vitamin C being degraded first as it travels through the body. This liposomal method of delivery gives a more potent dose and better absorption. Since Vitamin C is such a critical part of everyday health and immunity, using a Vitamin C product that provides better absorption sounds like a no-brainer in my book.
