Powerful vacuum.One of the motors went down.I contact the company to get a replacement motor, and they have been very helpful.The company sent a replacement motor for free! It took me about an hour to install, and the vac is like new again. It is rare in my experience to work with a company this helpful and to have a product that is repairable in this modern "disposable" world is unexpected.The dual-motors are very cool. And the seller Farag Janitorial is very professional and responsive.

I own a Bio-Hazard remediation and restoration company and have had this shop vac for almost 2 years. It's just as strong as it was when I first bought it. The beating this shop vac took from work site, to work van, to heavy duty job site was anything but light. This shop vac is very well built. The suction power makes this review a 5 star review on its own! For its size (21 gallons) it is relatively light and the base it comes with allows for easy manueverability!! This is definitely the best Shop vac we own.

This is a very powerful machine. I use it in my welding shop to suck up weld slag and grinding.I have had it for two years, and the only issue is the connection between the hose and the pickup tube, which is poorly engineered, and does not stay together. Due to it exceptional power and easy cleaning, with filters can be washed and reused I give it 5 stars.

I just received this and it seems like it will be a good unit for the shop. The listing says there is a wet filter in the box, but I fail to see anything that resembles a wet filter, only a dry filter. Maybe someone can help?If I receive a solution I will change to 4 or 5 stars.

I bought this vacuum and so far I’m happy with it very powerful good section haven’t had any problems with it The vacuum wand is a little cheap made . Other than that 👍

I purchased this vac 3 years ago and I was immediately impressed with its suction capability. I have a woodworking shop that produces a lot of dust and chips. At least in this application, it would be hard to beat this shop vac.The only negative is that it does not use disposable bags, but rather has a fabric filter that makes it messy to empty the contents of the drum.One of the two motors gave out just a week ago, but considering how much I have put it through, I am surprised it lasted this long. I am working with the company to get a replacement motor, and they have been very helpful.Update (3/9/23): The company sent a replacement motor (normally $30 +shipping) for free! It took me about an hour to install, and the vac is like new again. It is rare in my experience to work with a company this helpful and to have a product that is repairable in this modern "disposable" world is unexpected. I highly recommend doing business with this company.
