the shears are of good quality, however even though you can plainly see they were designed to have springs between the handles, they are being sold without. on close inspection you begin to notice things like none of the mold lines have been ground down, there are burrs along the blades, and the handle coating(it's already chipping off! in fact,you can rub it off with your hands )is a cheap coat of black paint! I contacted the seller and he told me there was nothing wrong with them, I just needed to watch the video! when I told him I would do the spring setup I didn't get an answer I just needed the springs. I finally just said I wanted my money back but I haven't received a response to that
