The gem came separately. And the card was also separate. So I was worried about it's quality. However I used hammer to test if it's duplicate or real. I hammeted it once, the gemstone made an impact on the platform I hammered it. So the gemstone was real. But we're unsure about it's Carat or ratti. I hope the card given with it was real and the gemstone should start doing it's work after wearing.

Stone is not pure.it has cracked in middle point.
