I hated to depart from them because
The gloves were delivered on time as expected! YAAY! I was really looking forward to Saturday morning to put them on to start cleaning my house! However, I found that when I was done cleaning, my hands looked as if I had been in water for all those hours without gloves on at all! You know how your hands look when you've been in the bath tub a long time? Or, when you've been at the beach in the water for a long time...all crinkly and white and what not? Well, that's how my finger tips were because, to my surprise, my hands were wet inside the gloves as if the gloves had holes in them or something. But, as far as I could see there were no holes in them! So because of that reason, I gave the gloves 1 star. I don't know why that happened. Perhaps it's something about the material or the type rubber it's made from that allowed water to seep into the gloves and not keep my hands dry during my cleaning spree. So, when I took them off I threw them away. After one use. What a bummer! And, they were so cute too! I hated to depart from them because, they made cleaning fun! Oh well. It's back to wearing the regular Playtex gloves from the grocery store. They are just that plain boring yellow BUT, they last and last thru many days of house cleaning, many sinks full of dishes and many days of moping floors with no water dripping from inside the gloves causing wet, crinkly hands.
