Asbestos Test Kit 1 PK (24Hr Turnaround Time)—#1 Lab Certified Asbestos Test!

Edit: A couple of days after emailing them they resent my results and I am happy to report no asbestos!I mailed my sample to them certified with a tracking number. My product was 24hr turnaround time. It has now been over a week and I haven't received anything from them. No phone number on their website, but I have emailed and filled out their contact form and no response. The only good thing was that the instructions were easy to follow, but that doesn't really matter if you don't get results anyway!

I purchased the 24HR turn around for the results. I provided an email address and a phone#. Received my package on Friday March 15th. Took Sample on Saturday March 16th and took it to the post office the same day. It is now March 22nd and I have not gotten any emails or any type of confirmation. Save your money and go someplace else where you can get your results in a timely manner. So now I’m out $49, no test results and a week behind schedule for my intended work. I had to pay someone else to come and take sample and provide me the results so that I can move the project along.

The test for the adhesive piece of the 9x9 tile came back positive but the tile itself came back negative within 24 hours of receiving it. With that news, I can act accordingly and I really appreciated the separation between the two they specified. If I have anymore areas to test then I will promptly buy another test from them.

Update: I heard from the seller and they got the results to me, several days late, but they did come in.***I purchased the 24 hour turnaround test and it has been 4 days since the company received my test kit (verified by the USPS that they received it). I can't speak to the accuracy of the test itself, but I can say that they are charging for faster turnaround than they can deliver. Not good when you are relying on speedy results.Otherwise, the kit is easy to use and the instructions are clear. One note - the mask that comes with the kit is not rated for use against Asbestos, so please be sure to buy a full respirator rated for Asbestos (P100 or better) if you are going to risk contamination.

I got two 24 hours tests and sent in my samples, I received the results in 24 hours. The instructions say to give either a 1 square inch solid portion or teaspoon size of loose material. I had two layers of vinyl floor that when i cut them broke into tiny bits, they tested each layer separately. My 2nd test I used on drywall. They separated the joint compound and the drywall fiber itself into two samples. Unfortunately my 60s vinyl floors (cream/brown mosaic)came back as asbestos like I suspected

I carefully filled out the information on the sheet I sent in with my sample. I had paid for the "1 DAY TURNAROUND" and mailed it to them. Post Office said they would have it on May 10, 2024. As of the 19th I still have not received ANY feedback. I went to their website www.nirtuelabs and hit the - Contact tab. There is NO PHONE NUMBER only a page where you provide name and pose a question. I have sent them my question almost daily and yesterday I sent it a dozen times in a row - hoping they might notice it and respond. Nothing. Not only is it a total waste of time and money but I still have no idea if my popcorn ceiling has ASBESTOS. Please do not make the same mistake I did in ordering from this company.

Product came quick and was very easy to use. However, I am still waiting for my results over 3 business days. I purchased the 24 hour turn around results.
