Item has scratches in several places
Bought for a gift but cannot give it because has several scratches inside pan

Worth Every Penny!!!!!
Perfect for making yokan! Almost no waste, honestly I was expecting a weird clingy mess like when you make jello in pyrex but removing the dessert jelly from this pan was so quick and clean even my kids freaked out like it was a magic trick :) Honestly, I had avoided making my own sweets assuming it would be a hassle (spending crazy amounts to have them shipped from Japan) but this goes to show having the right tools is more than half the battle.

good to make kanten and yokan
The insert in the pan makes for easy removal of kanten/ yokan without damaging surfaces of confections.

Dented
It came dented like a sharp object came into contact with it. Not surprising since the packaging was flimsy. Because of the high sheen on the stainless steel the dented can't be well seen. This pan is to make square shaped jellies. A few on the edge can never be perfect.

Good mold
I love it. This make it easier for me to make a perfect yokan. I could've used parchment paper but the edges wouldn't have been perfect. I'm going to try making tofu with this, too.

スクエアケーキにもバッチリ!
一回り大きいサイズのものを仕事で使っています。ケーキやようかんを作る際にとても使い勝手が良く、うちの小さいオーブンでも使えるよう小さいサイズを購入しました。お菓子を切り分けるのにきっちりしたスクエア型が良かったのでとても気に入っています。オーブン使いの時は外せる型は外し、クッキングシートを敷いています。
