Bought for our new kitten and think it's good value for money. There's enough Room for small litter tray blanket, food & water dish. It's quite robust with strong tear resistant net. zips seem fine too. Could do with some kind of wedging to prevent sides from flexing in. I say this as our older cat wants to play which is fine but due to the shape the side walls push in a little too easily. Other than that the pen offers a safe space. It's easly stored away and portable. No assembly just pop up. I'm not sure if it's base is particularly water proof I use a waterproof mat as a precaution.

Really happy with my purchase.My westie pup loves to go in his playpen and the soft material means that he can lean up the sides and roll around.The bottom is water proof so if he has an accident it doesn’t leak through.Easy to fold up and transport.I’ve not shut him in there yet as I haven’t bought it to crate train but I’m sure if I did zip it up he would be fine.I think this is a good product and worth the money.

I bought this for our cane Corso x Labrador puppy when we first got her at 9 weeks old, the size was perfect and I knew it would only be needed for a short while. However if anyone has a puppy or small dog with any anxiety issues or teething or chewing issues etc this is not the product for you!Our pup managed to chew through the netting and the zipper and get out, she scratched holes in the thicker fabric trying to dig her way out or “bury” her toys. It’s okay for maybe newborn pups, keeping momma with her tiny babies even for rabbits and small pets and small calm dogs or as a quick fix if you need to tidy or have people round and the dog can tolerate it, however after having this item for 3 weeks our pup completely destroyed it and it was in able to be used for its intended purpose.There isn’t much else to say. It was experimental for us and value for money at the time but not what we needed as something stronger was needed for our furbaby.

First time away with my small dog, she was running around the hotel room so not a wink of sleep. Brought this for the next staycation - absolute life saver. I use it as an alternative to her crate, pop her donut in, zip up and done. Absolutely brilliant, portable doesn’t take up much space and easy to pack away. She is comfy, it’s stable, study and the zip quality is fine with me. It fits the purpose needed!

My tiny Miniature Dachshund managed to escape from the hole in the front door panel. Really poor quality mesh and ripped after the second time of putting her in.!!On trying to return the product for a full refund I discovered that I'd have to pay to return the faulty item. So I contacted the seller. I was VERY clear from the start as to what my request was....a full refund and for them to cover the cost of return postage. I'm now on day 5 of communication with them.! Firstly they offered me a 20% refund. I said no thank you. Then they offered half the money back if I could still use it.! I brought their attention to the photo they requested and suggested with a hole in the front it was very clear that I couldn't still use it, and again requested a full refund. They then said they would give me a replacement "if that would make me happy".!!! Em NO.!So don't buy this product the quality is rubbish and its not fit for purpose. The sellers customer service is shocking. Now to find a way of speaking to Amazon and see if they can help because the seller won't give me the full refund.!!!!
