Update: I’ve changed my rating from a 2 to 5. This company has above and beyond customer service. They were willing to have me try the product again.We’ve had this thing for maybe 6 months. It’s in partial shade throughout the day. Its super faded and almost hard feeling or crunchy. Got holes within the first 4 months ans my kids are not rough on it at all. Finally took it down and there’s no way to will go back up. Was super excited for this at first but the fact it only lasted so little for how expensive it is is a huge disappointment.I will say the set up is super easy. Maybe if you’re the kind to take it down everyday and store it after each use it would last longer 🤷🏻‍♀️

This product is extremely cheaply made. Fabric is thin and tears easily. The elastic cords are weakly held to the fabric and sagged low under a light snow, then broke. No shelter was provided.

had an issue and they jumped in quickly. 5 stars for the customer Service.The tent is thin, though, but that’s a matter of perception. The hooks were too small for my swing, but you can solve that with $5 on new hooks if this happens to you too.

Mostly happy with the quality of this tent. Our climbing dome is a different brand, so we were nervous it might not fit, but it is perfect. It really is waterproof, which I didn't expect, and it's held up to a full week of windy days. I am giving 4 stars at this time because it came missing three of the bungee cords that attach it to the dome, but I have contacted the seller and I will update to 5 stars if they send new bungees. We used string in the meantime, not a big deal.UPDATE: Seller did respond and send additional bungees. Very happy with the response time. Unfortunately, we got our first hole after four months of use. I had hoped it would last the full summer before it started to give out. As others have said, it will probably last longer if you take it down when not using it.

Did not come close to fitting, even though it claimed to be correct size. Returned .

I’m truly shocked we haven’t lost this thing yet hahaha. It’s been on in crazy storms and is still fully attached and intact. Highly recommend.

Using on the Lifetime playset and son loves having his own hideaway. We take it down before oncoming rains and takes only about a minute to install and 30 seconds to remove. Overall very happy. Quality seems good and cleans up easier than expected.
