TransPro Select Semi-Auto 16x20 Heat Press for Sublimation, Transfers, DTF, Vinyl - Fast Heat Up, Digital Temperature Control

Al momento de recibirla tenía buenas expectativa, me tome el tiempo para investigar un poco sobre esta marca, con comentarios muy asertivos en sus reseñas, para dar mi opinión comenzaré por mencionar que esta’ construida con materiales de buena calidad, a eso se debe el gran peso de la máquina, realmente es pesada, si estas pensando en comprar una es estas (TRANSPRO 1620) seguro necesitaras una mesa que resista mucho peso, eso no es problema para mi pero es de mencionarlo, su funcionamiento es básico con la salvedad que tiene un sistema que permite la apertura de la plancha automáticamente al cumplirse el tiempo, eso es genial porque dejas de estar pendiente para que no se heche a perder la prenda, ya un poco mas de 6 meses trabajando con esta plancha y no he tenido problemas de funcionamientos, lo que me hubiese gustado es que el control de temperatura fuese mas preciso, me refiero que al trabajar a temperaturas de 280 grados Celsius se torna inestable o no llega a la temperatura programada, resolví este detalle subiendo 10 grados mas de la temperatura que necesitaba, no es lo ideal pero es la solución que encontré, después de mas de 6 meses ha requerido el mínimo de mantenimiento con la excepción de algunos ruidos que se le escuchan que se resuelven aplicando un poco de grasa a los tornillos de la palanca de apriete, en general considero que hice una buena compra considerando que el precio no es el que me hubiese gustado pero lo vale, ya que he trabajado con otras marcas y se echaron a perder en poco tiempo… ideal para trabajos contino…

Well of course it’s rated soooo high right. Ok when it arrives, it’s in a box that weights at 97 pounds, With two wood boards one fastened to the bottom the other at the top,So that it stays secure during the trip. The tray does slide out about 6 or 7 inches away Frm the press. It does auto lift ( via electro magnet ). Mann look here it does a great job, leaves your products looking as if they have come from Macy’s or the mall, professional work Bottom line.

This seems sturdy/well made but there as some issues. The top plate does not come down directly centered to bottom, its off about 1-1.5" on each side. Not a HUGE deal but inconvenient & a bit disappointing.Also the threads for tightening/loosening the pressure are insanely cheap. Makes it nearly impossible to tighten/loosen & is very frustrating as I need to adjust frequently. I've bought cheaper brands with better quality threads. Maybe I'll try putting some WD40 on it to see if that helps.Everything else is pretty much as expected. Oh it also starts beeping 3 secs BEFORE its actually finished pressing...which is also annoying lol but I'm sure I'll eventually get used to that part.If it was like $200 less than what I paid I'd be happy with it but I thought I was paying more for better quality.

Bought it for wife. Unit is built like a tank. The auto feature is awesome. You have to adjust pressure just right to get it to release automatically. Plenty of room to place vinyl when you pull out lower bed so you won’t bump into the hot plate. Very heavy but what do you expect when it’s built like a tank.

If you ever have any issues with any of their products, they refuse to talk to you they want to email back-and-forth. It’s hard to get something fixed when someone won’t speak with you if I don’t known this before I would’ve not spent all this money on the machine that’s in my building not working because I can’t speak with anybody about the issue it’s having, it will not heat up
