High quality ingredients that I look forward to taking each day! A client recommended these when I mentioned my low iron levels and tiredness from my autoimmune.Definitely noticed stable energy throughout the day but my bloodwork didn’t show increase in iron levels so I guess it’s filling a missing vitamin somewhere else~Also the bottle is aesthetically pleasing and has a slight velvety/grippy feeling to it which is easier for my damaged wrist to open 👍🏼

Incredible Energy, But a Lot of Pills
I feel so much better when I take these; tons of energy, clarity of thought, no midafternoon slump. My only complaint is a serving is 5 pills, which is just a pain and kind of gross to take, but worth it for the great benefits. I wish they would make a two capsule formula.

I have energy again!
Before taking this complex I had ZERO energy and a lot of brain fog. I was so tired in the afternoons I had to take a nap, and I am not a napper. After getting my blood tested I found I was severely deficient in B and my friend suggested this product. The first day of taking it I asked her if I should already be feeling more awake and she said yes! I take it daily and recommend it to all my friends.I was nervous it would have a weird smell/taste and while it's not odorless and tasteless, it's absolutely manageable.

Worked great but be careful not to take too much
A doctor recommended this to replace iron pills and I felt great taking them. But be careful not to take too much as it does have an effect on cholesterol

Good product
Ive been taking 5 per day for about a week now and can tell this product is of good quality. Has plenty of B vitamins from the liver and other glandular / organs. When your urine is bright orange / yellow that is indication that a good amount of B vitamins have been metabolized by your body. Good product.
