These fish oil supplements are wonderful. I was suffering from really dry scalp and dry skin - so I was recommended to try fish oil capsules to help! It was a much better option for me than trying yet another lotion/cream/medicated ointment. This supplement is easy to take and I have noticed an improvement in my dry skin and scalp already! I am very pleased with this purchase.
