So I’ve ordered this for almost a year now. I started taking while trying hormone pellets, was trying to rebalance everything as I pass through time (38). The other name brands (biote) were to expensive and I wanted something I could just easily find without the brand price tag.Found this and started taking, 1-2 nightly and it’s just proven to me, to be one of 𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙚 supplements… I’m pretty convinced about now that I shouldn’t just go without it.When I run out for whatever reason, within a week I have a creeping onset of super crappy symptoms related to a Hx of fibroids. I get severe lower back aches again, bloating, and that annoying feeling that I gotta pre (bladders going to burst instead of slow… better find a restroom) all the time- but my bladder isn’t actually that full when I go.So about now (2 weeks ago I ran out), I always come back to ‘𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩𝙨 𝙙𝙞𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩’ all of a sudden- 𝙏𝙃𝙄𝙎! I ran out and it must be this! It’s very potent and effective and I love that it’s only got 3 ingredients.I’ve been convinced about estrogen dominance causing weight gain and other symptoms, even though my levels were ‘normal’ and I get dismissed when I mention it to my doctor. But I’m a medical professional too and I’ve done a lot of research. This supplement is just one of those things… if you feel 𝙣𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙡 while taking it, then 𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙤𝙢𝙡𝙮 and immediately after stopping - 𝙘𝙧𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙮 - just seems to me it’s a no brainer.Glad I found something to help and I’ll be sticking with this brand and supplement for a long time!

I am 47 and have been suffering from hot flashes and insomnia for the last several years. The hot flashes are getting worse, and in casual conversation with a friend a few years older, she told me I had to buy this stuff - that it’s a miracle for her hot flashes and general stiffness and soreness that comes with age. I bought it and didn’t notice anything and stopped taking it.Then someone mentioned to let it build up in my system longer, then if I miss an evening I will notice. That has proven true. If I skip an evening (I take it before bed), I can’t fall asleep, and once I do, I’m up multiple times and my aching arm keeps me from getting comfortable. I’m a convert! This stuff really works for hot flashes, body aches and sleep regulation for me. Only downside is my dreams are obnoxious and vivid like when I used to take melatonin. BUT, my dreams aren’t jarring me awake and I feel rested each morning. Highly recommend.

I had never heard of DIM before a doctor friend recently told me she takes it. I had been trying to find a product to balance "good" and "bad" estrogen for years. Now, I've seen proof that DIM does work--anti-inflammatory, weight loss, reduced hair loss, better skin tone. The only issue with this particular product is that it contains turmeric, and for some reason, turmeric causes neuropathy in my hands and feet. As soon as I stopped taking this, my numbness symptoms disappeared. Unfortunately, I had to switch to another brand, but I would not discourage anyone from trying this brand unless they are allergic to tumeric.

This product has changed the quality of life for my daughter and family. She had developed severe PMDD a year ago and is under 18. Because of a clotting disorder she could not go on birth-control, she had a severe abdominal reaction to primrose oil and black currant seed oil and also had a bad reaction to lowest doseage of Prozac. I have struggled with cystic acne for over 15 years. I've been on antibiotics that caused stomach problems and acne would come back when i stopped taking them. I've tried all kinds of acne products and topicals. I tried spironolactone, which cleared me up, but caused hormonal problems, causing me to miss periods and gain 12 pounds in 6 weeks. This product, along with a liver cleanse pill (milk thistle), cleared me up pretty quickly and I don't have any unwanted side affects. what a miracle! I took the live cleanse for about 6 weeks, and have been off for a couple weeks and now just take the dim every morning. face is still great. I get one or two cystic acne spots every now and then, but it's so much better. my face looks less bloated, and my stomach is less bloated. I feel and look much better. I tried Natures Way Dim first and didn't like it nearly as much as I like this brand.

I appreciate that it's all GMP manufactured and 3rd party tested. They are very transparent if you request information. It's just a little costly for the amount of actual product.
