Well, it works as advertised. The snap-lock has multiple "levels" of locking so you can accommodate bags of varying girth, and the handle is pretty comfortable. It seals the bag reliably, and serves as a handle as long as the bag weighs under 10 pounds (according to the information on the clip itself). I have not tested with heavier bags, as I have none around, but I'll choose to believe the weight limit information as printed.I will say that the description threw me off, though-- The whole thing about being sheep farmers made it seem like this was a device meant for sheep farmers, and it wasn't until I read the rest of the page (which doesn't show up in the preview) that I understood what, exactly, I was looking at. The name doesn't help much, either. "Handy Camel" is a strange name for what is essentially a giant chip clip with a handle. I get where it comes from (the clip adds a "hump" to the bag) but it's still so weirdly unrelated to the product's function that I just wasn't sure what I was being linked to at first.Despite all that, the product works and I can say it's worth having around. Four stars.

This is a nice carrier for 10 pound bags only. You put it on the fold and it does works for one fold down and then you are able to carry the bag.I found this good for bird seed bags in order to keep them from spilling out and attracting little critters into my basement. It would also be great for dog food, in order to keep the dog from getting extra food that would not be good for him.It seals well, but if you have multiple folds it does not seal as well, so you have to get used to folding down one length which will still seal it well.

I have small bags of specialty rose fertilizers that I am done with for the season. This clip works well on narrow bags in the 5# range. I tried it on a left over bag of grass seed and that bag was too wide. I folded the top in then over but the bulk caused the clip to come apart.I like that this is made in the US and has a carrying handle. I've used it all week and the handle has never failed. Useful especially for small volume specialty garden products.

A nice chip clip that can actually handle some weight. The fact that it can be used for carrying is also nice.

I was tinkering with this when it arrived. I opened an closed it repeatedly. I could not picture HOW it would hold a ten-pound bag (its limit of weight). But, when I clipped it to an industrial sized bag of raw peanuts (that we use to fill the squirrel feeders in the winter), I was stunned to find a strong hold. I walked around with the bag, shook it ... a perfect hold! Not a slip or slide. I am truly impressed with the quality and convenience of this item that I didn't even know I needed!Does it work? YES! Does it work really, really well? A resounding YES!!

I absolutely LOVE this Bag Clip! I have been using binder clips and a variety of chip clip products to seal up our flour bags and cat food, but this Bag Clip with a built in carry handle is perfect!! Not only does it seal well, but you can carry the bag (provided it doesn't exceed the recommended weight limit).The clip itself locks together with a satisfying CLICK and then the handle holds firmly in place while you transport it. I was not able to use it on packages where I had to fold the bag too many times for a seal as it doesn't want to close on anything too thick, but there are countless products I would love to use with these awesome clips!
