Broken piece, bad replacement options
The set is beautiful, functional, perfect for every day use. However, my set was delivered with one broken cup. I emailed the support department and they do not telescope broken pieces. I do not want to return a full 20 pound set of dishes, so I have to live with being one cup short.Not great customer service.

Mildly disappointing
Arrived with one mug with broken handle, one mug with piece of stoneware stuck to side. Beautiful dishes but very disappointed that the mugs have design only to within half inch of each side of handle, almost like decal. Also no large bowls or platters available with this design.
