Schleich Eldrador Creatures, Mythical Creatures Toys for Kids, Attack on Ice Fortress Set with Ice Monster and Jungle Monster Action Figures, Ages 7+

My nine-year-old daughter and I have been enjoying Schleich toys, especially their dragons. Such amazing detail and care goes into creating them. My daughter asked for this one for her birthday and when she got it, she was so happy, and so was I. It is obviously made with the same detail and care.She was so excited, she went to put it together herself (and mostly succeeded. I'd recommend some adult help just in case, but it was way easier to assemble than a lot of toys and didn't seem to have any "gotcha" places where you could ruin the thing by assembling it wrong).The whole time she was putting it together, she kept saying things like, "This is the coolest toy ever!" My husband says it reminds him of his old Hoth Ice set (but it doesn't have an avalanche. :) ).After putting it together, I've only seen her use it once, but I'm sure she has plans for it. She even painted a clay iceberg to go with it.She likes playset landscapes, so I hope they make a lava world version of this toy.

Kids love it. Assembly could be a bit clearer, the instructions were not as detailed as you’d like. Solidly built.

The media could not be loaded. My son is eight and still loves pretend play. This set was bigger and better than we expected. It has moveable icicles and an ice platform that breaks way. The sword is frozen in an ice block and cracks open for retrieval. The characters are full of details. The crocodiles arms are moveable. The ice set took me about 15-20 minutes to assemble (but I’ll admit it’s not my strong suit, so anyone else could probably manage to do it quicker. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. This is another wonderful Schleich product.

My son really enjoys this line of toys and the quality is really nice. This set has multiple “interactive” parts such as being able to make the bottom fall out, moving the spikes, and uncovering the sword. The material is very sturdy too, it is not a cheap flimsy plastic. I would recommend this as a gift definitely.

The product is great but the shipping ruined the box. It came in the product box with broken corners and covered with amazon shipping labels which made it not presentable enough as a gift. It needs to be re-boxed for Christmas since I am not risking to return and reorder again. The product itself is great as expected by Schleich. But if amazon choses to ship in the product box by default at least should check if the box is study enough to survive the shipping.

It could use a "paint wash" to make the details show better. Got it to make an Action Figure display/diorama and it's going to be a LOT bigger than i thought.

My grandson loves his Eldrador creatures

My 7 year old son was so excited to get this set. He put it together as soon as it arrived and began to play with the figures. The Battle Crocodile’s weapon broke immediately during gentle play. So disappointed in the quality of this toy.
