Too hot, uncomfortable!
Too hot! Painful to wear! We have bought 10 packs before. This pack was way too uncomfortable. They must have changed the ingredients. Also the cover is now 1 piece so it’s difficult to put on by yourself. It was in 2 pieces before & much easier to apply.

Better than most on here.
These patches are great no smell and they actually stick compared to others on here. There’s no heat if you looking for those kind but it works. One minor prob might be they stick too well lol, might need extra care too get it off without ripping your skin along with it!

Great
I had repetative strain injury on my upper arm muscle from knitting and for days i had to rest with my arm elevated as putting it down caused severe discomfort. I tried these patches. I cut them in half as they were quite big, and placed 1 over the muscle. It did not get really hot like other patches and it stuck well. I did not feel too much heat from it at all but i can finally rest with my arm down for the 1st time in days and this is within 1 hour of putting it on. I am very pleased with this product and will buy more.

Fab
Holds pained area. Stays in place for allocated time. A little hard to get off but it’s just like a bandage wrap it off lol. I find it really does help.
