I've been looking for a healthier alternative because I love my morning coffee, but can't stand black coffee. To put it into perspective, I normally have a cup of coffee creamer with some coffee. I have a really bad sweet tooth. I'm in a health journey to lose 50 pounds and cleaning up my diet. The coffee creamer had to go. I tried switching to energy drinks but it's not the same as my cup of coffee in the morning, especially during these winter days. Upon researching alternatives, I came across this product. I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. I've been using it for about a week now and I'm very pleased. The taste is great. Even without adding anything to it, it beats black coffee alone. I'm drinking the chocolate flavored one and it reminds me up a cup of chocolate abuelita (a Mexican hot chocolate). If I feel like I want to splurge, I add some monkfruit sweetener and a splash of almond milk with protein. I've noticed that I feel energized but not jittery. That's impressive, considering that I'm sensitive to too much caffeine. I've also noticed that I'm not feeling like I need a second cup of coffee in the afternoon. I even feel like I'm not craving sweets as much (I've been cutting sugar out of my diet too). I hope I continue to see positive results!

I absolutely LOVE this coffee. I searched for coffee that travels well and cost less than my usual brand. I get half the cost; I experience a boost in energy and nibble on fruits and nuts throughout the day. I rarely feel hungry enough to eat a large course in one sitting. My cravings are curved and I’m getting way more work done. I’m focused and don’t feel jittery. I am awake at 2am due to insomnia, but I drink this coffee in addition to a caffeinated probiotic. The two products work well together. I’ve declutterred two closets and feel less complacent in having a messy home. I say this to say, before drinking this coffee, I would allow my room to get junky and not care. Now I’m getting up and cleaning. I don’t allow clutter and I’m getting up to do things around my newly renovated home. It’s a boost to my mood. I absolutely love it. Oops. 🤭 DidI say that already? Any who. Make the purchase. I may begin exercising within the next week. I gained a lot of weight after my home was damaged in a bad storm. It was a severely detrimental experience. I’m getting my life back. I am 50# heavier than I was pre–Hurricane Ida. My home is being restored, and so are my physical and mental health. I will be using this coffee for the extent of my weight loss journey. Once I’ve reached my goal, I will maintain my weight loss with a cup every once in a while.Buy It! Try It! This coffee did not help me lose weight a waste of my time and money

I am not a coffee person whatsoever and I actually drink this. I purchased the chocolate flavor and I mix it with my protein drink in the morning and I don’t even taste the difference. I am not sure about the weight loss but I definitely have lost a couple of pounds since I started drinking it. I have also just started going to the gym too though. It does make me feel fuller longer with my protein drink though. I will definitely buy again

I ordered this as a potential replacement for another packet type of coffee that is meant to promote "slimming" properties, which really, I am not sure how much anything will do that for a person unless a healthy lifestyle is also a factor. I liked the ingredients I read on the label, as I have used them in other supplements as a part of my healthy lifestyle, so it seemed like a good bet. The other product I have used is a bit more expensive, so I was hoping to be able to honor my budget better and maybe find something that was even more effective.I honestly cannot comment on whether or not this boosts a skinny lifestyle, so to speak, as this last month has been odd for me anyway. I had the flu at one point, so all of my usual habits were nil for about 2 weeks, and since then, am trying to get back into routine--but here is what I CAN comment on:1--I don't know how it is supposed to be in texture, but I was expecting, like other packeted coffee products, a fine powder more than granules. I actually like to keep my caffiene intake between 50 mg to 150 mg in a day, so for packets like these, I usually find out how much caff is in the product (was told 85mg for this one), and then I measure how much a packet holds, so that I can half it as needed. This one came out like a mix of some powder and old school granule sanka all stuck together. No option for halving it. So I thought well, just drink a cup and see how you feel, and try to do less caff later in the day.So...that is my comment on texture. It is not in a consistent form. I don't know if it is supposed to be that way, or if I got a bad batch.2--About that caffeine content-- well, I was dismayed that it had so much in one serving, but I was going to work it out. Here is what is crazy--- I don't feel the caffeine--or if at all, it feels more like that 1/2 bit I might do of the other product, where it is just enough to start the day a bit, but I might need an extra dose (I get up REALLY early to teach ESL classes to kids overseas). Today I decided to have some even though I was not teaching, just to potentially start my day with a zing, and again, I was totally shocked that I was feeling just as tired as when I woke up. So, either it does not actually have that much caffeine, or it is not effective... or I need to re-evaluate my relationship with caffeine. Since other caffeinated products do still give me a pick-me-up, I doubt that it is the last option.3--Weak flavor. Granted, I like my coffee strong. But I would have assumed that with 6 ounces or less of water, this would have had plenty of flavor. not so much.So---unless I experienced a bad batch, this is not something I will be purchasing again.
